Eduardo is a technologist who has transformed into a business leader and, subsequently, into a coach. He is a leader with over 20 years of international experience in global programme management and change management, someone who enjoys working with local and remote teams, diverse cultures, and a wide range of backgrounds.
Beyond holding two MBAs—one in Technology and another in Business Management—his curiosity has driven him to pursue numerous technology, business, and coaching certifications. With over 400 hours of training in the past five years, he is a Professional Project Manager (PMP/PMI), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP/APICS), and Associate Certified Coach (ACC/ICF).
Throughout his career, Eduardo has navigated multiple industries, including financial services, call centres, life sciences, and pharmaceuticals, working with companies such as TCS, Cardif, Novartis, and Wipro. He has undertaken a variety of roles, transforming the Digital Workplace for over 150,000 users, deploying scenario-based planning systems across a large supply chain network, participating in billion-dollar ERP transformations, rolling out CRM systems, and delivering custom and low-code automation solutions globally. He takes pride in having delivered true and measurable value to the various businesses he has served.
However, it is the people who have changed his life. As technology evolved and he moved across countries, Eduardo found success in enabling the success of those around him. Team members, peers, managers, and co-workers from different groups, departments, and countries have expressed their gratitude for his coaching and mentoring over the years.
A key link between these diverse worlds is Eduardo’s public speaking and communication skills. As a former Toastmaster who has completed three different educational pathways (effective coaching, motivational speaking, and the mentoring pathway) and served as club president, he has discovered that this single skill has the power to enhance every other skill and help him create the life he aspires to live. He also recognises this as a gift he can share with others, thereby giving back to the community that has supported him.
This vision has led him to become an enabler and developer of high-performing teams, focused on increasing individual productivity while caring for their personal needs and leveraging their unique strengths.

Most inspiring leader: Eduardo is aware that every leader is flawed and that those who truly make a difference will be open and cognizant of that. He follows His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama and business coaches like Simon Sinek and Tony Robbins. But more than any of those, he is inspired by every leader he had the opportunity to serve, because those are the ones he could truly experience, in the better and worse times.
Enjoys: Eduardo loves investing time with his twins, playing games with them or maybe just reading, sometimes travelling and then having some interesting and scary conversations as they grow up. He is an avid reader and users LinkedIn to share much of his thoughts and experiences, as well as to exercise a passion: writing. Recently, he has been investing on learning to play the piano: a childhood dream coming true.
