Jason is a collaborative, empowering, insightful and active coach who supports and challenges his clients. His approach to coaching has been formed not only from coach training but also from his own life experiences. He spent over two decades working in advertising as a brand and creative strategist helping Fortune 100 companies better refine their brand identities and forge deeper connections with audiences, thus amplifying his acumen in storytelling and trust-building. Jason also earned his MS in social psychology, delving into the intricacies of social cognition and interpersonal dynamics which has imbued his coaching practice with a nuanced understanding of self-perception and interpersonal communication.
In addition, Jason also serves as the executive director for a non-profit improvisational comedy theater company. After spending almost 30 years teaching and performing improv, Jason has experienced just how much the principles and practices of improv not only serve as a creative art form but also as a powerful set of skills that can enrich people’s work and life well beyond the stage, making us more creative, more collaborative, more connected, more empathetic, and more confident.
