Jennifer Davis

Executive Coach and Communication Impact Specialist

Jennifer is an Executive Leadership Coach and Communication Impact Specialist whose coaching, training and speaking empower clients to elevate their confidence and communication with greater passion, clarity and purpose. Through shifts in awareness, perspective, beliefs, actions, and emotions, she guides individuals, teams, and groups—including entrepreneurs, Fortune 500 executives, and Executive Directors—toward meaningful personal and professional growth. Jennifer helps leaders refine their communication skills to inspire, influence, and drive meaningful impact by guiding them in leveraging strengths, building resilience, and navigating challenging situations with clarity and composure. Through leadership and storytelling communication models as well as direct yet loving feedback, her clients develop the confidence and skills to cultivate a presence that fosters trust, inspiration, and engagement.

Jennifer received an MBA from Stanford, a BA from Tufts, and trained at the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). She is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through CTI. She is also certified in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching and in Relational Trauma Coaching. Additionally, she has held numerous corporate, coaching, consulting, and volunteer positions over the past 25 years, including those in brand management, sales and marketing, and investment banking, at General Mills, Johnson & Johnson, and Kidder, Peabody.

Jennifer creates a safe space where clients feel seen and supported, helping them embrace their most authentic, empowered selves. She champions their growth, fostering confidence and a renewed sense of purpose as they move forward with clarity and enthusiasm. Getting beneath the surface, she helps clients uncover their true barriers. Jennifer uses improvisation, play and fun in addition to more traditional techniques to challenge people to step outside their normal way of thinking and acting into a dynamic space that encourages intuition and creativity.

Superpowers: An infectious energy and sense of fun. Jennifer loves to embrace obstacles and find creative and enjoyable ways to change mindsets and behavior, through role-play and other tools that are easy to remember and bring a lightness to otherwise stressful challenges. Jennifer’s goal is to help clients increase awareness and then take away meaningful action steps that they can practice in between sessions to make the learning “real.”

Most inspiring leader: Raina DeLear, as she is Jennifer’s own Coach. Raina has helped Jennifer explore and deepen connection with her physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual self, and her wisdom has proven inspirational and transformative.

Enjoys: Spending time with her 3 kids, grandson, large extended family (they go every year to a family camp in the Poconos with a crew of 35-40), and her Portuguese Water Dog pup. Jennifer also loves time with friends, being in nature, traveling, painting, creating mixed media artwork (mostly as gifts), having dance parties, and being ridiculously silly.

Let us in on a secret: Jennifer used to work as a Musical Artist delivering singing telegrams and providing entertainment at children’s parties, dressing up as characters such as Bat Girl, clowns, and Raggedy Ann. Jennifer recalls once where a birthday boy became angry because she refused to show him the Bat Mobile she claimed to have driven to the party; otherwise, Jennifer considered herself quite the success. She now enjoys making up songs, such as the “Good Morning to the World” one she sings as she opens window shades throughout her house, each day a slightly different version. Her sister says Jennifer thinks she’s in a Disney movie.
