Sandra is an ACC-certified coach, consultant, and facilitator with 23 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Her journey began with movement- she moved homes over 30 times throughout her life which have shaped how she sees the world and connects with people. Each new place taught her adaptability, curiosity, and the value of connecting across differences- lessons she brings to every client engagement.
Sandra discovered her calling in training and coaching after an unexpected turn in her corporate career. What began as a side interest quickly became a passion: helping people find their voice, tell their stories, and step into leadership with confidence and empathy. Her approach is grounded in personal experience, including learning the hard lessons of burnout, which now inform the guidance she provides to leaders navigating complex challenges.
A master storyteller, Sandra believes every individual has a story that can inspire, influence, and drive impact. She works with leaders, teams, and executives to craft and deliver narratives that feel human, accessible, and authentic. Whether coaching one-on-one, facilitating workshops, or speaking to skeptical audiences, she leverages storytelling to make leadership tangible and relatable.
Enjoys: Singing in her choir (music is essential), writing, and currently working on a book about her father’s extraordinary survival story. She also treasures travel, connecting with friends and family, and celebrating the small moments of joy that life offers.
