Beth is an experienced change agent, leader and strategist. She is currently Head of ‘Amazon in the Community’ for Europe and oversees a corporate philanthropy portfolio focused on youth social mobility. Alongside this, Beth is a Senior Associate at the University of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership (CISL) and offers coaching for those working in social and environmental impact fields.
Prior to Amazon, Beth has spent over 15 years applying her expertise in ESG, community investment and sustainability to help transform companies and wider society. Her work ranges from a year in Kenya tackling gender-based violence in urban slums, to 2 years as Head of Strategy for a think tank endorsed by the World Economic Forum on purpose-driven business services. Fun fact: Beth holds an advanced defensive driving qualification due to her time in disaster relief field placements.
